Surface Preparation & Application Guide for Brighto Super Emulsion

• Surface Cleaning:

  • Ensure the surface (new, bare, old, or previously painted) is clean, dry, and free from dust or wax.
  • Use abrasive paper to smoothen rough areas.
  • Brush down old paint completely for an even finish.

• Repair & Priming:

  • Fill large holes and cracks with Plaster of Paris or White Cement and let it dry.
  • Apply Brighto Super Primer to seal the surface from moisture and salts, allowing it to dry fully.

• Smoothing & Finishing:

  • Apply Brighto Super Filler, let it dry, then rub it down with abrasive paper for a perfectly smooth surface.
  • Dust off the surface to remove any residue.

• Painting:

  • Stir Brighto Super Emulsion thoroughly before application.
  • Apply evenly for a silky smooth, long-lasting finish.
  • Apply 2 to 3 coats for optimal coverage and a silky smooth finish.
  • Drying time: 2 to 4 hours between coats.
